IF, 住的地区冬天常有大风，在shingles 没有完全 sealed的情况，shingles会被掀开，那一部分就必须从新上adhesive 。

要看材料。常见的沥青瓦asphalt shingles的话，气温低的时候瓦片脆，安装时容易产生裂纹导致漏水。最佳温度一般是40-85度。 另外冬天屋顶可能结冰结霜，对安装工人有安全隐患。 所以多数roofer在冬天只做紧急维修，不搞大的。
