上周五L7 manager 给我们开会，说我们team still growing and expanding 。原来的HC是30人，现在压缩到20人，目前在职15人，还差5个人。这5个人会从别的team调过来。拭目以待。如果现在的15人裁20%， 裁3个人的话，估计轮不到我。如果裁更多，那就不晓得了，毕竟才入职2个月。关键是裁这么多，下个月就没足够的人手干活了。

肯定是啊，平时要裁员影响多不好，还会造成市场和股民的质疑和恐慌，引起股价大跌，损失的市值比裁员省下的钱恐怕更多，当然不能随便裁员了。 现在就不一样了，大家都裁，裁了股价还能上升，市值增加，怎么都是赢。
