为什么这些公司做事都喜欢一窝蜂？ 一窝蜂的招， 招完了layoff也要同一个月甚至同一周layoff

我有这个的股票， 所以关注了一下， 本来据说是很好的公司， 发展好， WLB好， 现在股票跌成这样，我还嫌裁太少了， 什么时候才能涨回去呀

这个公司是专门做CRM, Customer Relation Management, 系统的。他的客户都是商业客户，从小商小贩到世界500强都有。它也是几个最早开始实施“云”计算应用的公司之一。 它的所有的系统都是运行在它自己的数据中心，遍布世界各地。它在刚开始做这个的时候，那些所谓的云计算公司还不知在哪呢。同时它也是几个从Oracle反出山门的徒子徒孙创立的公司之一，比如专门做人力资源系统的Workday，也是Larry Ellison以前的马仔搞的。 相对于现在的所谓云计算新宠，比如Amazon（AWS） Microsoft（Azure), Google (Google Cloud), Salesforce 做的系统是应用（Application）级别的，那些云计算公司的还只是在infrastructure级别的。所以Salesforce的商业模式还是比较脚踏实地的，因此属于受recession冲击比较小的“传统” IT企业。

Linkedin feed上这几天几乎被open to work的帖子淹没了，绝大多数是meta，还有lyft，twitter等。有几个刚进meta没几个月就被裁了，听上去挺不爽的。

可以说是SAAS的founder和老大。闷声不响盈利很好，联邦拿了很多合同，类比甲骨文。
