这个主意很好啊，支持！ 另外如果就是招人，直接贴工作说明即可，如果语气过于口语化，容易形成一个有钱的老好人的形象（我相信创始人哈佛毕业，肯定有自己的标准），即使是公益事业也是用professional 的方式来发布更容易找到合适的人 最后祝成功！

确实是路很艰难, 扩大到中文是糊涂语言就有点过了, 几千年无数闷骚的诗词歌赋都不能同意啊
其实小孩学起新语言来来会很容易，即使是大学生用比较好的教学方法很多人也可以达到比较高的水平。创始人就是大学时候开始学的。
这是市场价吧？美国老师的工资相对而言本来就低。大学的中文老师也超不过8万。
大学老师有solid大学退休金计划。这个non-profit有啥？
私立大学没有solid 大学退休金计划，只有5%-10% salary for retirement account. 私立大学包括哈佛耶鲁，中文老师工资5-8万之间。
如果真的能办起来，让广大家长多个选择，是好事！ ps： 学校名字是不是真的改一改，听起来很山寨。。。

三藩市不止你列的中英双语学校, 只不过其它的学校k-5先交交的不是你们普通话, 而是更适合三藩市华裔实际人口比例的广东话而已.
是要集资要钱还是要免费招人？
我知道啊。但是你说的那些是公立，楼主这不是办私校嘛，我就对标私校了。 另外虽然广大老居民说的是粤语，但是现在的家长还是希望孩子学普通话的多。或者说有deep pocket的家长希望孩子学普通话的多，那些人是中英双语私校的客户群。 我身边的例子，普通工薪族讲粤语的会考虑Cantonese immersion k-5, 比较有钱的家长，不管本身背景是粤语还是普通话，公校的话基本都只考虑Jose Ortega 或者starr king.
