大大的祝福！早期子宫内膜癌做手术拿掉子宫后预后还是挺好的，不要太悲观。我老公表姐当时晚期大肠癌已经浸润阴道，当时她的双胞胎儿子才两岁，也是非常担心孩子们的未来，现在7年过去了，她已经cancer free, 孩子们健康活泼，她完全可以陪孩子们一起长大成人成家。 积极治疗，祝福早日cancer free!

bless mm! 请问什么情况下OB会给做B超。 我经常OB检查就在family doctor那里做了，有一些monitor的项目，她要求年年做，但也没有要求过B超。

这个癌症在美国生存率很高。除了看是否有转移，再做一个基因检测，如果基因检测是Positive, 所有的女性器官医生都会建议切除或者密切观察。Hysterectomy的手术是肯定的。 这种癌症在美国大多数是50岁后得的癌症。年轻的病人还是比较少的。
