有没有人有经验打IRS电话的，4月efile的tax refund还在processing，怎么办？

4月efile的tax refund, 联邦税网站上还显示的是processing，找不到可以和人通话的方式，怎么样才能和人通话呢？因为退过sign on bonus，州里5月初寄信要求补材料，补了后退税已经收到。但是联邦税什么也没要求，也没退税。有没有大神知道该怎么办的？

did u efile? did your efile pass basic check? I usually have to pay more so had not had the experience to wait for return for federal, but if ur return is efiled and accepted (you will receive email federal and state accepted your return), usually it was pretty fast.
