我们这里好学区的好房只要是合理价位的很快pending,普通房降价也卖不掉,好房但还标着之前的高价的也同样卖不掉。
如果赶上房价上涨,肯定便宜。房价下跌就不好说了。毕竟开始盖的时候是当时的估价,盖房子至少1年多,一年多以后的价格是什么样子不好说。
