The vehicles involved were a parked tractor-trailer and a Tesla sedan. The driver of the Tesla sedan was a 66-year-old woman, and the passenger was a 67-year-old man. FHP says they're both from Lompoc, CA. "For unknown reason(s) Vehicle 1 travelled into the parking lot toward Vehicle 2.
