最好是让孩子自己讲， 其次你娃讲，你站旁边不说话。 还不行的话，家长肯定要亲自出面的。 那时候就不能当着孩子的面， 也别在教练工作的时候（比赛前后）， 注意方式，先感谢，问孩子如何提高， 然后进入正题， 只要把你的想法表达出去就可以了， 接下来教练说什么都是ＯＫ。 要是多次交流还不行，而且有证据孩子收到不公平待遇， 找supervisor投诉～～

batting order 是可以用上垒率来排的， 你看一下统计数据就知道了。 排前面的>50%， 后面的基本接近0%。基本上和教练讨论这个是徒劳的，数据决定一切。 和能不能打到球有关， 但能不能安全上垒才是关键。
