早晨已经换成oatmeal了 明天吃钢切的。白米白面都不吃了,今天开始有氧运动,吃鱼和蔬菜。 水果我自己从来不吃。
对,我基本都是间歇性断食,不饿就不吃。

我也觉得这个看来问题不大,是容易改变的,只有LDL莫名高令很多人束手无策
