请懂Covid检测方法的mm帮忙看看这些检测方法的区别

事情是这样的,我周六18号的飞机飞东京,但是因为各种原因,今天才确定航班被Japan airline改到了21号周二。日本要求72小时以内的covid检测结果,检测肯定是需要重新做,但是最早也只能约到周一的,PCR一般是48小时出结果,明天做害怕周二早晨的飞机来不及(只有不到24小时)。
请大家帮我看看这个表格,我看walgreen提供NAAT检测,叫做rapid NAAT检测,两个小时就能出结果,我理解NAAT不是Reverse transcription PCR检测么?怎么两个小时就能出结果么?
NAAT: PCR, LAMP, TMA, TRC, Smart Amp, NEAR, Next-generation sequence,这里面的这些检查方法LAMP, TMA, TRC, Smart Amp, NEAR,有一种是可以2个小时就能快速出结果的么?
我打算去做walgreens的rapid NAATtest,同时再做PCR检测,不行的话只能再改机票。多谢大家了!

我理解是,只要检测是叫做NAAT,可能就应该是可以的,不知道是不是这样,walgreens的介绍是下面这样的

不懂,但是好像是有当天出pcr的。可以local问一下。有些诊所自己做检测的可能比较快。

应该是不行,rapid NAAT也就是POC NAAT不符合要求,日本应该要求的应该是laboratory based NAAT

Some NAATs can even be self-administered at home or in other non-healthcare locations. Some NAATs are considered rapid tests that are performed at or near the place where the specimen is collected and can provide the result within minutes, whereas the time to complete laboratory-based NAATs ranges from less than an hour to more than a day. The level of sensitivity for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 genetic material in a specimen also varies depending on the methods and application of the NAAT. Sensitivity varies by test, but laboratory-based NAATs generally have higher sensitivity than POC tests or self-administered tests.

NAAT--nucleic acids amplification tests include PCR and other amplification methods. They are all DNA/RNA detection methods. So you should be ok with NAAT. 当然我不了解具体规定。

我查了一下, Japan认可的 这几样,应该都是lab based。 POC based的那种快速NAAT检测,理论上讲应该是不符合规定。表格上并没有说including but not limited to,也就是说可能其它NAAT不符合要求
