我还是想说大家不要对这种项目有误解,觉着很好进。我几年前有个同学进了这种学徒项目,当时竞争就很激烈的,我和别的同学也申请过,从没人搭理我....这种不花钱,进大公司的项目都挺难进的,有点运气成分,否则就不会有这么多的cs master项目了。当然进去的话是很好的捷径。

必须手动点赞 很多妇女碍于家庭原因离开职务。但回去就有很大challenge,与时代脱轨。这些公司能帮助别人的同时也是帮助自己,因为tap into a large pool of potential workforce.

赞!有gap在简历上不好看 很多公司看到这种简历直接就筛掉了 不代表能力不行 这样给一个机会也挺好的 人性化。
最近有个research 收入差距统计:职场女性,有孩子的比没孩子的收入低。职场男性,有孩子的比没孩子的收入高。尤其是疫情以后,很多职场妈妈回家带孩子。因为女性的社会家庭双重角色,间接隐形的不平等和歧视一直都在。有些人在号召推动公司付钱daycare 给男性员工paternity leave让男人多带孩 更多解放女性来实现平等。

可以想像,粥少僧多啊。科班出身没一天gap的人要进大厂尚且要刷题,gap那么多年的人要进去难不成门槛还会更低么。但是我觉得办这种项目的公司还是要点赞的。
