最近有个research 收入差距统计：职场女性，有孩子的比没孩子的收入低。职场男性，有孩子的比没孩子的收入高。尤其是疫情以后，很多职场妈妈回家带孩子。因为女性的社会家庭双重角色，间接隐形的不平等和歧视一直都在。有些人在号召推动公司付钱daycare 给男性员工paternity leave让男人多带孩 更多解放女性来实现平等。
可以想像，粥少僧多啊。科班出身没一天gap的人要进大厂尚且要刷题，gap那么多年的人要进去难不成门槛还会更低么。但是我觉得办这种项目的公司还是要点赞的。
