You can sue the radiologist, I think it is medical malpractice to miss this on a CT scan. A few months of delaying treatment could make a huge difference on the outcome. The process of suing radiologist is relatively simple, they typically ask like 10 or x number of radiologists to read the same scan, if majority of the radiologists spot the abnormalities, then it is medical malpractice.
