听说俄罗斯在过去的20年里申请过4次加入北约。真想接近为啥不同意呢？
美国当然也出了一把力。一直说考虑吸纳乌克兰进入北约。虽然没承诺一定，但是一直说乌克兰可以啊，可以考虑啊之类的。
我觉得是甲醇。现在开始找退路而已。
