美国不好直接出面和俄国刚，送个武器啥的也得通过这些东欧国家，大概是去开动员会，叫这些国家大力支持乌克兰，美国买单。也是给这些国家吃定心丸。不然这些国家慌了对俄国绥靖就不好了。
