俄罗斯的假新闻恐怕受害最大的就是普京本人。据说因为情报部门只敢汇报普京想听的消息，普京对世界的认知严重偏差。目前对乌进军不顺，但是俄乌边境的军队，他坚持只派三分之一打仗，另三分之二按兵不动，有分析说摆出了随时防备北约突袭的态势。
而且据说普京真心相信只要俄罗斯一出兵，乌克兰人民就会起来推翻泽连斯基，乌克兰军队就会兵变，迎接俄罗斯指定的新总统。
俄罗斯目前国内宣传，造谣说北约秘密出兵，美国士兵化妆成乌克兰军队在前线替乌克兰打仗。所以俄罗斯军队进展缓慢。
