so why not afford this extra punishment to all the other stores that are getting robbed blind? These days, when you rob a gas station or a normal store, you get slap on the wrist. In SF, you don't even get prosecuted. Why, in this environment of lessening the crime punishment, they only increase the punishment for POT shop? where's the legal protections for all the asian crime victims at the hands of black people?! where's the legislation that would increase the jail time when it's crime committed against asian people??!
