The secondary causes of peanut allergy are due to young children having a “leaky gut”, immature digestive system. Introducing foods too soon can lead to allergies. Also antibiotics kill off good bacteria as well as bad and can lead to an overgrowth of yeast which can cause food allergy type problems. I don’t know if any infant formula in the United States contains peanut oil. One website said it was more of a problem in Europe. 9. Our vaccinated animals are getting food allergies Dogs are allergic to peanuts. Searching the Internet – I found a wild elephant allergic to wheat; the elephant had been immunized. The allergy epidemic increased with every new mandate for more childhood immunizations. 11. How pure can we make peanut oil? 花生过敏一般很难outgrow, 如果过敏早吃晚吃都会过敏,应该让小朋友更大一点试更加安全呀。
前一阵美国一家长去买smoothie,叮嘱不要加花生酱但是店员还是加了。小孩送了急诊,家长回去找说法。店员不理一直说"you can go"。然后家长骂了immigration loser,还把饮料扔店员身上。网上一边倒的批评家长racist。
我家儿医当年特别说花生要在一岁以前接触,会减少过敏的可能。 我们家大概十个月的时候带到急诊室对面的停车场给他喂了一点点花生酱。

你说话从来都是对国不对事,你是在国内待了几年得出这么个结论,我遇到的海鲜过敏芒果过敏,尘螨过敏的N个人,还有几个查不出过敏源的,要说花生过敏少确实是少,前面前面说了有可能蛋白成分不同。
有些人真的一点awareness都没。别说陌生人,我家的爷爷奶奶姥姥姥爷视频里还时不时说给孩子煮个鸡蛋蒸个鸡蛋糕啊(我娃鸡蛋过敏),我心想还好现在疫情孩子不由你们带

确实是这样。我们过敏娃妈妈讨论,感觉有两种可能性,一种就是品种不同所以蛋白质成分不同,国内的花生,包括以色列的花生,不那么容易导致过敏。由于这个原因我娃第一次吃花生我们给的是以色列产bamba。还有就是加工方式不同,好像煮花生就还好,但是roasted之后磨酱就容易过敏。但是国内也吃炒花生,所以言而总之这个挺玄学的,
我也是怀孕时天天花生酱,一岁前不给娃这些过敏源后来一给花生酱就过敏了
2. 没有outgrow的日常生活有什么经验可以分享?如何保护好宝宝? 只能父母多多注意,当然,要提醒孩子自己注意。家里不要有花生,随身带epi-pen,外食要问清楚ingredients并告知孩子的过敏。
3. 上学后,如何防止一起玩的小孩子也注意,会不会有小孩闹矛盾后故意恶作剧? 这个一定要注意。恶作剧应该不会,但是不小心的情况会有。我们儿医告诉我们他以前有一位小病人就是在学校(如果没有记错已经是初中了,或者小学高年级,不算特别小了)误食了朋友的含花生的食物导致悲剧。我听了还是很害怕的。
4.回国的话如何控制?国内好像挺喜欢用花生油。是不是完全就不能下馆子了。出去旅游也会有很多不确定性。 回国必须亲妈亲力亲为做好监督。家里肯定没有问题,但是外出一定要问清楚。一般来说饭店不会用花生油,因为花生油很贵,但是有些菜是否含有花生成分就不太容易判断。所以我娃回国我还是尽量全程陪同。也不用太担心。在covid之前我们每年暑假回国,也带孩子出去旅游,去饭店吃饭,没有发生过“accident”。
5. 花生过敏的孩子长大后都怎么样了? 这个,除了“花生过敏”,其他方面和非过敏娃没有什么差别。
还有一个就是gluten过敏,这里还有专门的gluten free的食品,卖得还挺贵。我们从小吃面筋吃到大,谁听说面筋过敏的?
我爸爸是蛋和鱼过敏。虾和蟹,贝类不过敏但是受不了它们的味道。他另外还对很多药物过敏,青霉素,布洛芬等等。他今年85岁,小时候在农村长大,没打过疫苗。过敏是从能吃饭就发现的。3,40岁时如果他吃了含鱼,蛋的食物,会哮喘,全身皮疹,气管痉挛需要去急诊治疗。 现在年纪大了,他已经对鱼蛋不过敏了,但是他自己不承认,也不喜欢鱼和蛋的味道。我妈有一次不小心弄混了含蛋的食物给他,发现他吃了没事,后来就偷偷的在做饺子包子肉丸子等等一切可以加鸡蛋的东西里加鸡蛋。我爸不吃鱼蛋,肉也不爱吃,蔬菜也吃得少,他就喜欢各种酱菜腐乳等,我妈怕他缺营养所以偷偷加鸡蛋给他。十几年了,他也没再过敏过。不过那些过敏的药物他还是不能用。
gluten蛮特别的,真正过敏的症状明显的就不说了。 除此之外还有celiac disease,这个不是一眼能看出来的,但是不avoid gluten的话后果很严重。 还有不过敏也没有celiac disease,但是对gluten intolerant,吃完容易bloated啊,各种不舒服啊什么的,大概类似于乳糖不耐吧。也有不少自闭症的孩子avoid 小麦/gluten后行为问题有改进的,也是因为gluten会对他们造成持续刺激。
有些研究会不会反了因果。。。
国内听说过挺多海鲜过敏的,大学班上还有对大白菜过敏的

不打疫苗你以为那些传染病就很好受啊。。。
比较奇怪的是美国为什么那么多了有gluten过敏或intolerance,还有那个致命的疾病,而且中国基本没有。中国有一半人口是以面食为主的,另外一半也不可能完全不吃面食,比如馅饼饺子馄炖油条什么的,还有专门把面粉洗出面筋来做各种菜和零食,比花生更难避免。是不是有种族和环境的因素在里面,或者我们没有西方人那么娇气?再有一个就是花粉过敏,国内也很少会对花粉过敏,最多就是打个喷嚏。很多人还喜欢把花凑到鼻子前闻。刚来美国的也很少提花粉过敏,然后两三年后纷纷表示也会过敏了,真是奇妙。
如果打疫苗前知道有这么多副作用,我会权衡了再决定打或不打。而不是被欺骗被强制性打了所谓保护孩子的疫苗,让孩子各种过敏,一生痛苦。
吃海鲜过敏的中美都很多,我就有同事不能吃shellfish, 就是所有贝壳类的不能吃,但是虾又可以吃。只是美国人对吃海鲜没有中国人那么热衷,所以知道的人会少一些。国内的对牛奶鸡蛋不耐受会比美国人多些,我估计还是和饮食习惯有很大关系的,
这貌似是最近几年流行的。我么早几年生小孩,娃小的时候也没特别尝试这些。鸡蛋蜂蜜都是一岁后吃的。其他东西就是慢慢跟着大人来。 就是觉得花生这个过敏挺奇怪的。我们小时候在国内从来没听过花生过敏的。觉得现在的花生或者美国的花生是有点什么问题吗。
这种儿医界的研究 也有不少过几年就推翻 换一个版本的。 我认为过敏结论也有待商榷,如果说早引入,那就喂母乳的时候 甚至怀孕的时候就是引入了,那后面四个月引入还是八个月引入还有啥区别?
是的,国内过敏也听说过,海鲜或者高蛋白虫子什么的,特别跟啤酒一起。但是都是皮肤问题,不至于到气管窒息这种危及性命的反应。不知道为什么美国这边这么严重。我自己是喝牛奶会拉肚子。但是都是小事情。

我胡乱猜测是之前都被 ‘过滤’ 掉了,比如有些地区就是花生油炒菜的,对花生严重过敏的,完全没机会存活吧。

我们小时候没听说过,但是现在中国也挺多了,我们不知道而已。
花生里面的过敏原是蛋白质,蛋白质是水溶性,提炼花生油的过程中水油分离,所以花生过敏原那种水溶性物质全分离掉了,所以吃花生油没事。保险起见还是不吃花生油为好,毕竟有提炼不纯的情况

我在国内会花粉过敏,脸上直接起红疹子一片肿起来的超级痒,需要吃过敏药,但是来了美国没犯过。应该是植物种类不同
按这个说法,那中国用花生油疫苗也没多少孩子花生过敏啊。。。
这个说法都辟谣了,我当时也差点就试了,还是老公坚持不要试。花生过敏在美国太常见了,作为家长就不要有太大压力不然潜移默化给孩子,孩子压力这么大以后怎么办。我女儿班里好几个花生过敏的,幼儿园和学校对这个管理很严格。班里绝对禁止任何坚果。我同事红莓过敏才麻烦,太多食物里面有红梅汁水不一定标注出来,进了急诊好几次,气管肿大不能喘气。
我家是有过敏遗传的。到了我侄子这一代就更加严重了因为还有了呼吸系统的过敏症状。他小时后就是严重过敏的代表 进入医院急诊很多次了 试过在高速上发作 喊了救护 警车一起送到了医院。现在坚果花生贝壳类的这些不能吃 鸡蛋牛奶可以少少的吃。

mm懂的很多!好奇问一下为啥国内不容易过敏呢?回国还能降低过敏的程度,我们在国内长大的确实很少听到过敏的情况,美国这边却很常见
国内经常有报道,说孩子吃花生噎死了,估计就是过敏。不知道是过敏而已。
而且国内花生酱没有美国吃的多,对花生的烹饪和吃法也和美国不一样。
看了前面的一些回复,我娃小时候也湿疹
过敏娃,尤其有花生过敏的孩子去学校都需要有医生的treatment plan,配过敏药加EpiPen,一旦有情况学校可以立刻采取措施 而且这边的学校老师家长等等对这个很重视的,所以不大需要担心
但回国的话确实要特别小心,因为很多食品都不标或者标不准成分,各种小吃都很喜欢添加花生 包括去吃火锅,说是纯芝麻酱也可能会是混了花生的 只能自己小心,尽量自己在家做,少吃外面加工食品了

其实并不是国内不容易过敏, 而是他们对过敏的认识不够,大部分不严重的过敏可能就被以为是其他症状,比如“上火”“毒气”“湿气”什么的。严重的过敏楼上也说了,也许就是那种吃一颗花生噎死了。 我认识的朋友里面孩子过敏和不过敏的比例国内外是差不多的。可能因为现在国内这一代对过敏的了解多了。
当然也许现在环境变化也有关系。
我也无证据但直觉认同。中国印度之前都是条件不好,卫生条件,空调普及率,等等,基本没有听说过过敏。这边的ABC过敏的比例很不低。
孩子过敏本质是免疫平衡,免疫识别能力,和消化系统的问题,我女儿小时候湿疹,轻度过敏性咳嗽(cough ashma),抹过激素药膏,咳嗽呼吸费力时不时用雾化喷雾机器。幸运的是这种方法没用太久,就很快认识了一位朋友推荐的健康顾问帮助用自然的方法调理半年多后就没怎么犯了,现在已经out grow了,你一定要多研究下免疫识别能力,免疫平衡,肠瘘综合征,这样心里有个概念,希望对你有帮助。
