These evil crimes started from doctor murderers: instead of using their expertise to care, they poison, murder, and medical kidnap patients, including innocent infants, who cannot even speak a single word. The federal and state governments deliberately neglect these crimes; they will prosecute anyone that may cause the hospitals lawsuits and monetary loss, even to death, i.e. former SCH nurse, Kimberly Hiatt. Americans are required to buy health insurance and they pay the world’s most expensive medical bills, but the health care system treat them as cash cows, can be murdered freely any time. 现在博后的工资应该不止5W了吧， 保险的话，以现在的保险价格，老板支付的部分应该超过1W刀， 你还忘了算支付学校的办公费用部分， 各学校不同，但应该也不少，20%-30%？ 每年经费三百多也不是都留着发工资的， 还有实验支出才是大头。 另外，留不留她，就算老板愿意做好人养着她，也不是老板说了算，虽然钱是老板的，但学校有专门的部门审核， 所以不是你想给谁多少钱就多少钱，每笔钱的出入都要有来历，不然钱不变成老板个人的了。

一般大地方要脸都会稍微通融一下给个半年一年缓冲。从左一点讲这人也太惨了该稍微管一下，从功利一点讲人走投无路搞不好会报复雇主，没必要做那么绝。我们医学院就遇到过雇员报复雇主恐怖袭击。 何况这还是医学院，本来就左。 而且得癌症也不等于不能工作，千老还是有一些文档工作的。
至于钱其实没那么多我以前做过千老的预算两年差不多12万，中西部医保不贵的，我一家四口w2上code 12dd也就是雇主负担才11000 +我自负2500。
