回复 8楼fairycat的帖子 Agree with this comment. 6 years old should go to bed earlier every day around 8:30pm. If they go to bed too late, they tend to wake up earlier. At lease my kids are like this. So I always let them go to bed around 8:30pm and wake up around 7:45am.
从小就这样,吃饭睡觉都是大问题,不吃不睡。身高没问题,体重偏轻,但看着也还好。真搞不懂,她怎么会睡觉这么少。
我女儿7岁,也是这样。周六早上六点多就不睡了。跟她说,你既然把睡觉的时间用来玩了,那白天应该玩可以看动画片的时间就取消了。而且下次再这么早起来,我们就一大早开始学习做作业。没睡好,就不玩。 第二天直接睡到大天亮……
6岁小孩睡眠是9-12小时。我娃三岁多的时候就睡不到11个小时了。
6岁的9小时就算正常了,才问了儿医的。 你这个方法是对更小的娃的,大一点就不管用了
对,我家的6.5岁,8点多睡,能睡到7点多,偶尔8点多。感觉比小时候睡得多。
如果睡晚了,我家的早上也是照常醒来,不会晚起,因为身体习惯了那个点醒来。
如果每天都晚睡,几天下来娃就很irritable,然后得改成7点就睡,把失去的补回来。
楼主也可以试试每天补点维生素D和B。

我家也是不管多晚睡都是6:30醒 想让她早睡 但不管怎么努力9点能关灯准备睡就不错了

So are my kids. They can't wake up at 7:30 for school days, but they can wake up at 7 during weekends! So annoying.
