Happened to me in Nov. Used a 7 day voucher to exend a 2 week stay to 3 weeks but was charged extra 8 days (1 extra day for checking out 10 minutes late, mind you after staying at the hotel for 20+ days) on the CC as well after checking out. Called the hotel 5 times in 5 days without much success. Ended up contacting an online representitive on a popular travel forum and at the same disputed through AMEX Platinum. In 2 days the hotel refunded the 3K extra charge.

no 是hotel A把你卖给B的 就像航空公司UA满员了让你去AA 钱都是你先定的那家收 而且就是那个价钱 他们两个公司内部怎么算账你就不用管了
反了,应该是A charge,B不能charge,但是这个要让A去搞定。
你这种通常是free stay,酒店A overbook了不但不应该再收你的钱,而且会负责酒店B的费用
