我身上不冷只有腿膝盖和膝盖以下冷,疼
的确一直怕冷但是自己一直注意保暖,即使冷也只是冷不是腿疼。
这个腿疼膝盖疼的毛病是近两年莫名其妙在月经期间量大的那两天出现的
楼主还是开始锻炼吧,有氧类的。之后你就不怕冷,血热,腿就不会在例假期间疼了。
