Say you're vaccinated against original wuhan strain.
Now circulating strain is delta and other new strains
So they come up with new vaccines for these strains.
Then you jab again.
But your body continues to make original wuhan strain antibodies instead of completely making new ones.
That's because your B-cell still have memories of the original antibodies and you cannot erase it that easily since mutated virus are still similar.
You'll be stuck with your original wuhan strain antibodies no matter how many times/new strain vaccines you take.
Not only that. Because you're still making original strain antibodies, it would be very dangerous if a new variant hits you. (Antibody Enhancement happens here)

So, conclusion, don't put hope on new vaccines, especially if you've already jabbed before.
May need to wait several decades until the memory b-cells are completely dead before new memory b-cells are generated so you can take the new jab (which will probably be multiple strains already)
Same thing for those who got infected to the point iGG S-specific proteins need to be generated.

If you reach the point where igG specific antibodies need to be generated, whether by vaccines or the immune system (natural infection) you'll likely be a risk for antigenic sin with the new vaccines.
The solution, is to never get infected to the point you'll fall sick and need to create iGG S-specific antibodies.

You must have a strong natural immune system to the point infection only gives you asymptomatic properties, which means your all variant IGM natural antibodies ALONE is sufficient to wipe the virus and all it's variants out completely, without needing to specially create iGG strain specific antibodies....
This means if you get high fever, bed ridden, but survived with robust antibodies, OR if you're vaccinated with the original strain vaccines, you will be at high risk for antigenic sin for the next vaccines or variants that hits you.

怎么感觉有点说不通啊,打了疫苗,病毒变异了,再打针对变异病毒的疫苗就会很危险? 那每年的流感疫苗好象都是针对变异的流感病毒,也没见每年打流感疫苗的人出事啊?
