Stay away from AT&T. Used their service for 2 lines 10 years ago, paid around $200 per month, for limited voice and data. They were highway robbers indeed! Use T-Mobile, currently paying $150 per month for 6 lines, for unlimited everything. Making international calls is always $0.25 per minute, domestic or not. When traveling abroad, if you buy T-Mobile international data pass (like $35 for 5 Giga byte, good for 10 days), they also give you free unlimited international calls during that time. The beauty of this data pass is you can access all your regular North America apps like usual, while in China or elsewhere. If you use China Mobile data plan, most of your North America cell phone apps will stop working (bank apps, google apps, etc). This makes a perfect sense that even I have dual sim cards (T-Mobile and China Mobile), I still use the T-Mobile data plan while traveling in China, for the above obvious reason.

T-Mobile is the best if you are an international traveler. But not so good if you stay home most of time — coverage still lags behind.

Thanks for sharing!
ATT should've been out of business long time ago.

mark~~~~
