Imagine, just imagine, if one fifth or one half of Taiwan, say the Southern part, is under CCP administration for a trial period of 20 years, then overall Taiwan people (including Northern part) go to vote for whether or not the Southern part should be returned, I would guess most people living in Taiwan would want two parts to be united, rather than still be kept separated.
