又读了好几遍，确实FDA不推荐，但是prescription是关键，合法性已经有了。之前紧急使用的情况下没有这种可能。
家里如果有免疫系统疾病或者其他高危又不能打疫苗的人群，也许可以问问医生。
现在说这个，区别就是因为不再是EUA了，正式批准的药物才可以Off Label Use。但是，12岁以下的孩子，如果不是特别需要（容易感染且感染以后很大可能会有很严重的后果），我觉得医生也不会开这个处方，尤其是知道12岁以下的剂量是成年人的1/3，把成人剂量给孩子打，还是有很大的Risk的。
