我们州买房律师不是必须的,我们用的是dual agent抢到的房子,现在进入10天的contigency期间。我问listing agent要title commitment,survey和deed来review,她回复到 - Survey – No survey is required for this sale. (due diligence期间我要求看survey这种request正常吗?就算不required 我也可以要求的吧) Title Commitment – I will send this to you as soon as I receive it back from the title company. This will be sent to me in about 1-2 weeks once I turn the agreement in to the title company. (需要这么久吗?我印象中几天就能拿到的。真要是两周的话 有什么问题都过了contingency期间了吧) Deed – You will get the deed for review in the closing package that will be sent to you 2-3 days prior to closing. (public information我估计自己也能找到) 大家觉得有必要继续要求这些问题来review吗?中介给我的感觉很不配合 当然我第一次买房没经验 所以请大家指教 谢谢!

title contingency写的是如果有defect 卖家需要remedy或者买insurance cover这个defect,otherwise合同作废
抢房子没办法
