你有这闲工夫开始细分的时候 还不如多TM出点活。 每天闲着细分工作 vs being more productive. 像在工作上有建树还是要多干活,不仅要多干,重要的是要懂得怎么干,为什么要这么干, 能不能那样干等一系列的脑洞。 这才有助你在工作上的进步。 而不是你一进办公室开始分活。 磨洋工了一天啥屁也没学到就是赚个工资。

这个方法真是一箭双雕。结合4D方法,如果timeline可以商量,说明不紧急,新的timeline又有给了一个摸鱼时间。
同意。我的“摸鱼”就是利用上班时间学了个certificate,然后多给老板画大饼。然后做漂亮的个人portfolio,改简历,research喜欢的公司,然后跳槽涨薪。
这是摸鱼的最高境界。我的可能是最低境界,我就是一天把一周的活干出来,然后每天上交1/5。

Re这个 我见过道行最高的人,不停的给老板发邮件,有时候改一个字母也给老板发邮件问老板的意见,真的就是改一个字母而且是明显的typo需要改正的那种,如果碰到吃这一套的老板,这么做很有用,当然你得先确认你老板是个奇葩吃这一套,否则你这么做会让老板觉得你有问题,说实话我觉得这么做的人很可悲,但是不失为一种办法,适合混吃等死的马屁精和专吃马屁的无能老板
不会啊,我们这行升职也就加个15-20%,可是跳槽绝对可以加到30%以上。
