Personally, I think the places like Mainland, Taiwan, HK, etc. are Chinese places, living mostly Chinese people. I just would like Chinese to still love these places and people positively and constructively, although they are not perfect yet, and never will be perfect either!
I guess perhaps Taiwan would require great wisdom and courage in order to practically integrate with the Mainland, like HK. Maybe KMT could be in a much better position by defining clearly an election commitment and proposing a policy required to perform a kind of 1Country4Systems integration vision.

There were things in the past Taiwan and HK used to offer and help Mainland for economic development. Nowadays, a positive and constructive competition could be for Taiwan and HK to develop any things (including politics, ethics, cultures, etc.) of competitive advantage in order to help and offer to Mainland for improvement. Perhaps we would hope that one day the Chinese ambassadors of a united Republic China could pay good money to engage high quality laywers, security professionals, private investigators, etc to solve legally and properly any crimes when overseas Chinese sometimes encountered in any overseas nations. Therefore, overseas Chinese should be able to feel safe due to that kind of legal and proper investigations, as consequence of establishing and improving the reputation and status of overseas Chinese. A united Republic China should be also able to do many things for protecting and improving our daily livelihood of living overseas, that might be the existing environment could not positively provided by a divided nation. 改革要錢但已債台高築
拜登政府顯然明白繼續以往的那些近乎原教旨式的自由經濟政策，近乎不可能解決貧富懸殊、產業空洞化、經濟空轉、基建失修等美國各種嚴峻的經濟問題。然而，縱使拜登政府知道必須行動，卻面對美國國內很多阻力和制約，可能令經濟改革成效大打折扣。例如在金額上，拜登政府固然知道改革需要大花金錢，但美國已經債台高築，經歷過新冠病毒大流行後，聯邦政府負債更接近翻倍。
雖然美國政府可以繼續無止境地印鈔和發債去製造現金，但國債需求嚴重追不上發行量，已面臨極大壓力。國債利率（利率與國債價格為反向關係）快速上升將推升實體利率，引發金融資產爆破，在3月已造成美股科技版塊急挫。此次公布的計劃金額比當初構想的低，而且得一併推出加稅計劃，反映出拜登政府也深知道美債存在很大風險，希望盡可能減少加大負債。而更何況的是，拜登政府計劃投入的2.25萬億乃分八年推出，對於美國如此的經濟體量而言，作用可能有限。現在拜登政府面臨的問題正是，美國這名病人已經病入膏肓，明知道不盡早救治便可能是死路一條，但病人身虛氣弱，又可能經不起強烈的手術搶救。
