水木清华95年就有了，新浪的前身四通利方也是96年成立的。那时候全国能上网的人确实不多，但是这些社区在大学生和科研工作者里面还是挺热闹的。
不过这并不是关键。古代的事儿不一样有百度百科的页面吗？如果一件重要的事情却完全搜不到，一定是删帖的结果。
没那么贵，我94年买的486，七千多。97年应该已经降到四五千了。
而且Win95里面就已经有IE了。当时的四通利方就是图形界面的网页。
我的第一台电脑，586，当时处理器是叫MMX还是啥，2.3G硬盘，15寸显示器。98年暑假前买的，7800块。
