孩子如果结婚或者有自己的小孩，从法律上来讲算emancipated，不再是父母的dependent。算资助的时候就能拿福利了。
或者从法庭走程序先由他人收养，再宣布emancipation，从税法上也可以。不过很容易被认为是税务欺诈。

要看谁的收入高。要这种想法的，一般有一方收入偏低，一定是偏低的一方带孩子，而且无财产，可以收到政府的补助。要不离婚没有意义。
