孩子如果结婚或者有自己的小孩,从法律上来讲算emancipated,不再是父母的dependent。算资助的时候就能拿福利了。
或者从法庭走程序先由他人收养,再宣布emancipation,从税法上也可以。不过很容易被认为是税务欺诈。

要看谁的收入高。要这种想法的,一般有一方收入偏低,一定是偏低的一方带孩子,而且无财产,可以收到政府的补助。要不离婚没有意义。
