我自己也问了相关行业的朋友,她也给我发了paper来看。目前没有研究,但是已知的事实是即使妈妈感染了,covid病毒也不会进入乳汁。以此推论,妈妈打了mRNA疫苗,mRNA大概率也不会进入乳汁。我感觉mRNA不进入乳汁就可以,抗体当然是进去越多越好啦。
个人意见,仅供参考,楼主还是要自己拿主意。

乳汁里的抗体喂给半岁以上的娃估计也没用吧?都消化掉了。我记得母乳传抗体只适用于六个月以内的娃

这英文和中文好像对不上吧?疫苗的抗体不是第一针IgM,第二针IgG吗?引用的breast milk里IgA最多?所以是想说奶里没有抗体?所以都没有,跟是否消化无关?
不是的,疫苗里的是病毒的特定蛋白的mRNA片段,不是抗体。两针疫苗是一模一样的。接种两次是为了强化效果,增强抗体的产生和记忆。抗体是被接种的人自身产生的。文章里是说乳汁里数量最多的抗体种类是IgA,而这种抗体是不会被消化的。
疫苗不是给人直接注射抗体,而是注射抗原,让人体自身的免疫系统产生抗体和记忆效应。
注射抗体的,就不叫疫苗了,叫治疗手段。比如川普打的那种单抗。

我知道疫苗里面是RNA,但是这个疫苗第一针打下去体内产生的抗体是IgM,第二针打下去产生的抗体是IgG,都不是IgA。
打完疫苗产生的抗体跟你说的母乳里面不会消化的抗体根本不是一种。你中文说的内容跟那段引用的英文也是两回事,因为根本不是一种抗体
