madoff为富人提供每年8%的回报，富人都把钱放他那，结果是庞氏骗局，最后madoff坐牢了。 要保证每年8%的return都这么困难，更何况你讲的呢？

有那么好的事？无任何风险的美国国债收益率才百分之1点多，junk bonds可能会有10%， 但本金很可能不保。

赞一个！国内那么多“一带一路”有政府背书的融资平台，只保证10%的回报，都爆雷一大片，产生无数的金融难民欲哭无泪。
