法律上能够成立的罪应该叫诽谤。但是诽谤太难告了，感觉会是双方扯皮he said she said。这段期间闹越大拖越久梅根越得利。所以要告梅根人身伤害之类的罪名，这个要证明可是容易得多。英国皇室还是有两把刷子。
