紧张性头疼，见神经科医生，该要求什么

self-pay first time to see neurologist for long-time tension headache, which have bothered me for almost 20 years.
each time when the tension headache incurs, I wouldn't be able to focus doing anything. The pain won't go away until next day.
What would be the cause for the tension headache? In my head, there are several deep ditches along both sides.
brain tumor? Multiple sclerosis?
please give some advices. How could I suggest my neurologist to diagnose and treat my headache?

20年了， 你应该看了不少医生了， 自己也应该是半个医生了吧？ 我觉得应该做个 MRI 先， 排除肿瘤之类问题， 估计你肯定也做过了。
