刚才狗了一下这个SIA，果然就是个游说机构。现在这中美关系，做这事儿实在有点不合时宜，难怪只有中国方面使劲宣传，SIA自己对媒体都是三缄其口。
但是SIA也不是什么卖国贼。他们反对川普对华制裁，也支持芯片制造本土化。从芯片制造的角度而言，华为并不是他们的竞争对手，而是他们的客户，他们当然不希望被美国制裁了。中美之间的利益牵扯那么多，对华制裁总会对一部分有利一部分有害，所以有人支持有人反对都正常。最后也只能是看总统如何从全局考虑。
终归有公司从自己的利益出发反对禁运华为，比如华为的供应商。但从美国国家利益考虑，自然要掐死华为，尤其现在的美国两党一致对中共敌视
