The measure would impose a 7% tax on the sale of stocks, bonds and other high-end assets — like a classic car or painting — in excess of $250,000 for both individuals and couples. A person whose business makes more than $10 million per year is also subject to the tax if they make more than $250,000 in selling the business. Retirement accounts, real estate, farms and forestry would be exempt from the proposed tax.

每年赚25万capital gain 对一般中产还是蛮难的
捂了很多年的股票可能盈利多，并不是每年盈利，超过那年交税。
你也不至于这么邪恶啊，只不过顺着估计一下，看完后才发现确实房市没直接影响，也不至于那么上纲上线啊，哈哈，消消气
