杏树被修剪之后不再开花结果了，从哪里请专业人士帮忙？

杏树大概6岁了，之前每年结果大概7-8个。2019年底，一对来探亲的邻居家父母自告奋勇为我们修剪，说他们养过桔子树就是自己修剪的。可是自从他们修剪之后，2020年，还有今年，杏树不但没有结果，连一朵花苞都没有了，叶子倒是长了很多。我们也施肥了。 现在我们想请人帮忙，看看杏树还有没有复原的可能。请问哪里能找到修剪果树的专业人士？谢谢了。

Apricots bear fruit on shoots made the previous summer and on short spurs from the older wood. Only prune in spring or from the end of July to the end of August or in spring when the sap is rising.
有的水果（比如葡萄）只是、主要在当年生的枝条上结果，这两种果树修剪大不同。
