请问可以注册LLC 或者sole proprietorship 炒股吗？

有人这么操作得到些税务优惠么 IRS网站说trading 不算business.

多谢信息！看了一下，作为trader，gain或loss可以算成ordinary而不是capital，赚钱的时候税率上来讲并没有优惠，只是亏钱的时候可以多抵税，我的理解对吗？
