IMHO, the 15000 credit to buyers are the right way to move the market.  In the end, it is the buyers who move the market, not those deliquent home owners.
 
US is no longer a free market.

But it only gives to first time home buyers, with income limitation.  That has excluded a lot of buyers.
 
Before, the 15000 credit has no limits.

我觉得可能不到。。我看listing上面,有好几状750k在那里,都没人问。。不过,也难说,里面装修不一样。。。
