When an order is placed, pre-authorisation checks are taken on payments made to us to verify your details. For your safety, if we don’t receive a response from your provider, we’re unable to process your order.”又过了了2分钟就退款了。从来没遇到这种情况。而我的信用卡没有任何异常，已经通过了交易。

这个你要打电话给你信用卡公司。那个交易你确定通过了吗，还是只是pending？有时我半夜连续下好几个金额较大的，就会被deny transaction，要打电话给信用卡公司，然后再下单就成功了。
是pending。前几天在她家用同一张卡下了两单，都因为没货cancel了，不知道是不是这个原因。刚才用了10%的code,再下单也不能用了
