Moderna的剂量更大，发烧头疼之类的反应更普遍，但是用的脂质载体做过更多的安全测试，特别是做过DART（发育与生殖毒性）。实际应用中Moderna疫苗过敏反应好像也比Pfizer小，Pfizer疫苗已经出现好几起严重过敏了，Moderna到现在有报道的就一个，波士顿的一个有严重海鲜过敏史的医生。
作为参考，流感疫苗过敏率在百万分之一左右，MMR接近十万分之一，HPV疫苗大概五万分之一。

虽然试验中含有适当代表美国的4%到5%亚洲人种，但这两个个临床试验的是为调查疫苗的总有效性和安全性设计的。所以不要过度分析subgroups之间的差别，因为数据不够用分析statical significance。要想知道到底有没有差别要等上市后跟查一段时间的大量数据。
