感谢lz分享，跑去看了下第一本，结果不少review说影响女孩的confidence by planting the ideas/pov such as that they (should) are feeling shameful if they don't have "normal weights" ? 有看完的妈妈觉得如何呢？

女孩首先要发展完整的自我，有清楚的自我认识，懂得设立界限和保护自己，之后才能发展出健康的亲密关系。
自我还没有成熟就想着通过亲密关系来boost自己，这是本末倒置
