Chase CSR卡的retention credit什么时候会POST呀

请问有人的帐号已经返了CREDIT的吗？我的还没有，也没问几天会返？多谢。

需要一到到两个statement才能post

今年的CSR确实没用。定的回国往返机票取消了，不退钱，只给航空公司credit。但航线取消了，credit也用不上。后来改买别的中国航空公司的也买不了。本来确实想取消。。
