yes, 网上说了，全国都可以申请。 好像去哪个高中也是孩子自己申请决定，scholarship只负担学费。 好像寄宿费不负担。
高中录取跟这个是分开的？ 这个只管给钱交学费？
纽约有prep for prep.理论上不需要穷，只需要是非白人。华人上有个妈妈科普过。
不过为了儿子读书方便，他在学校旁边投资买了一套房子。。。
