对的，这种不确定性对企业影响太大了。。。。
川普自己对这方面影响完全缺乏认知。。
的确挺可笑，像我这么宅的完全不需要有抖音。估计发个视频审查也是不少的吧。 其他不说，阅览量动手动脚这个肯定是国际通用的。
他之前有些步子是走的不太看得懂，尤其是说要禁微信。 估计也是看到或是收到举报有人监控微信吧。 微信要是没有人监控，那才有鬼。说不定两边都偷偷监控。 谁知道他们今年要搞什么大戏……
抖音这个，那真是屁股问题。
不是这样的。是因为11/12号有个行政命令的日期到了，tiktok必须要这几天确认这个命令是否会执行，才能有下一步的行动。
