有人租房给government吗？是不是骗子啊

如题 第一次招租，有个自称是US Army Corps of Engineers的Realty Specialist发信过来说“My job is to find rental homes for military members when they are assigned away from a base” 他介绍说他所在的这个program是offered to Army, Air Force and Navy members in which we sign a lease on behalf of the service member and pay the rent and utilities for the duration of the lease term. 这要是真的，那美国军人待遇也太好了吧 有没有人遇到过这样的租客呢，这是一个scam吗?

有过，确实很好。付款都是部队拨款。可惜不稳定，一般3年一换地，如果部队需要提前走，也不能要罚款，记得是这样。

当地大公司有短期（2到3年）transfer到这里工作的，公司负责提供全家的住宿。我跟不同公司打过好几次交道了，很好，一点也不用担心欠租的问题。前提是真的有这个program
