看起来是有fee的。如果你考虑利率可能还会降，你可能再次refi，就选你算下来不要fee不要买点的。

“We don’t do rates below 2.75% ”
请问refinance 一定要同一家银行吗
$995只是lender的underwriter fee, appraisal fee $800, 其他title/escrow closing cost多少呢？不能直接讲一个total costs吗？
没有针对问题，只是说不给买点降到2.75%以下，没说2.75%这个利率是不是也是需要买点来的。
