刚才读了下新闻，只是2边有纷争而已。租客没有不付房租，房东自己觉得不安全搬出去而已。房东要赶租客走，租客可能也想恶心一下房东，等到开庭才搬。租客按时付房租，房东看不惯随时要赶人，在美国是没有那么容易的。
说洗澡几个小时，厨房做饭几个小时，那个房客不要上班睡觉吗？这种调调不可信吧。如果是吵架导致的，那两方都要问题，毕竟每个人生活习惯不一样。在一个屋檐下，什么都要对方按照自己方式做不太实际吧。最后冤冤相报，都是自己找的。
如果只有一个厕所就不要找租客了，如果厕所是租客专用的，房东管太多了。
