A sword-swinging attacker slashed a man who had relieved himself on an apartment building wall in lower Manhattan, cops said. The 20-year-old victim was hanging out with four other friends when he began to urinate on a wall on Elizabeth St. near Grand St. about 2:45 a.m. Saturday, police said. A man poked his head out of a window in the building and yelled at him to stop. Not long afterward, the man exited the building with a friend — one wielding a sword, the other brass knuckles, police said. The pair beat and hacked at the victim — causing swelling on his face, slashing a rib and chopping his left forearm so deeply the blade touched the bone and damaged tendons, cops said. The victim also cut the fingers on his right hand when he grabbed the blade, cops said. Medics took him to Bellevue Hospital. Ong’s lawyer, Daniel Gotlin, described the victim and his friends as a group of drunken bullies who yelled racial slurs at Ong and attacked him. Gotlin asserted that Ong didn’t cause the victim’s injuries. “They decided that Chinatown looks like a urinal, so he’s gonna pee on the building," Gotlin said. "He was called a ‘chink’ and they used other racial (slurs.) They jumped my client when he kept insisting that he can’t do this.” “They were drunken kids that were using racial epithets against Chinese, which is all too common during this pandemic,” Gotlin added.

位于曼哈顿的华埠上周六凌晨发生一起纷争至暴力见血的案件。
事发原因则是一众青少年于酒后在他人家门前解手，并在对方阻止的过程中因冲突升级所致。
警方表示，被捅伤的非裔青年送医后状况稳定。
而捅人的华裔男子亦在过程中遭群殴伤势严重，并于上周日以2万元现金获得保释。
案件发生后，为调查取证，涉案华裔男子的家人住处均被警方调查。据悉，相关调查取证过程或仍需至少一周时间。
市警五分局消息，10月10日凌晨2时45分许，一名现年20多岁的非裔青年在与另外1名非裔和3名白人朋友聚会饮酒后，来到位于华埠伊莉莎白街（Elizabeth St）113号的楼宇门前，对楼宇牆壁开始小便。
随后，居住在楼上的华埠武术师王九龙（Kow Loon Ong，又Kayo Ong，音译）之子，王马克（Maximilian Ong，音译）便从窗户中探出头来，阻止这名青年在此解手，但遭其回嘴反击且并未停止其行为。
不久，王马克与一名友人一同走出楼宇，其中一人手持一把剑，另一人则套着指节铜环。
警方表示，走出楼宇的二人随即对该名非裔男子展开袭击，致其面部肿胀，一条肋骨被划伤，左前臂亦被砍至见骨，且肌腱亦受到损伤。
在双方争执过程中，该非裔男子在试图抓住砍来的剑时，还割伤了右手手指。
救援人员在赶至现场后，将其送往了附近的表维医院接受治疗。
事件发生后，警方对涉案人员之一的王马克实施了逮捕，但现场并未发现作案工具。
王马克于周日被提审，并诉以袭击重罪（Felony Assault）和持有武器（Weapon Possession）等罪名，后以2万元现金获得保释。
而据王马克的邻居透露，事发当时楼下尤为嘈杂，王马克遂从窗口向这一群少年喊话，但却被对方回击以多次咒骂歧视性语言。
期间王马克和另一人分别下楼两次，试图吓走对方，仅有一次持武器出现。
王九龙认为，警方在接报后未能及时出现，未能及时阻止事态步入失控局面，是造成这一后果的原因。
他表示，事发期间，双方均进行过报警，且有两波警察相继来到现场。
由于随地小便并不重要，第一波警察将案件作袭击处理。而当第二波警察再赶至现场时，事态已恶化至无法挽回。
且具其透露，儿子王马克亦在事件中遭对方群殴，伤情严重，状况并不好。
由于被法庭下达了言论禁止令（gag order），王九龙无法就案件谈论过多。据了解，由于事发当天，警方并未在现场找到作案工具，因此后续又持搜查令进行了数番调查。
周一下午1时30分许，警方对事发街区进行了封锁，并陆续对王马克、王九龙及其前妻等所有家人的住处进行了搜查，但尚未有任何结果。预计是次搜证调查还将持续至少一周时间。
截至发稿，警方表示，目前仍在寻找并调取事发当时的有关监控录像，案件更多细节尚有待进一步调查。
